Games for Babes, Tots, and Kiddies
Who doesn't love games?! These bad boys would make great Christmas gifts for babies, toddlers and kids. Some of these listed have been well loved by our crew, and others are new.
Memory Yoga ...How fun is that? I think this would be great for all ages. I mean, I want to play.
Seek a Boo ...This little guy was on MAJOR rotation when I was on bedrest for a bit with our Wellsy Boy. We still love it. I just make it more like memory, and as a younger toddler it was just a matching game.
Spot It ...This was recommended by a friend for older tots and kids. It comes in lots of versions and would make a great stocking stuffer too!
First Words ...These cards are the best. SO thick and great for little bitty ones. I love that they have different questions on the back for the daddies that may not have been a former teacher in another life...ahem honey.
The Christmas Star from Afar ...We just picked up this little gem from Magpies (our most favorite local store to shop at!), and I can't wait to play each day in December. Think of it like Elf on a Shelf for us Jesus girls. Kids will find the star each morning and move the three kings to the star. On Christmas morning the star is over Jesus in the manger. I love the message, and the refocus on our Savior's birth, and really just the opportunity for conversations about Christ's birth.
I love the idea of giving games...really it is such a win, win, win...family time, learning time, and just getting back to keeping things simple. I would love to hear your faves too!
